Before you join the program
1. How does the Xandria.com SexSells! Affiliate Program work?
It's simple. Xandria.com supplies its Affiliates with buttons, banners and HTML
links that lead directly to Xandria.com and with specially "tagged" URLs that
identify the Affiliate's site. Affiliates place these links and the specially
tagged URLs behind these links on their web site(s). Every sale generated by a
click-through from an Affiliate site is recorded, and the Affiliate can earns a
commission on each sale. Once you have sent us a buying customer and they
return through a bookmark, or with your affiliate code in their Xandria.com
cookie, you are paid commission on all those return sales!

2. So I'll earn commissions on all future purchases by a customer originally
referred by my site, correct?
No. To earn your commission, all products must be purchased as the result of a
special tagged link from your site to ours. Purchases made by customers
accessing Xandria.com after removing their cookies, or from any other source
(e.g. another Affiliate) will not earn you a commission. However, most
customers do place re-orders through the original referring affiliate.

3. What does it cost to join?
Nothing. We pay you. For Affiliates, being a Xandria.com merchandise retailer
is a win/win proposition. Every sale from a client referred to us through your
site earns you a commission. Immediately upon approval, you can post
Xandria.com buttons, banners and HTML links to your site and be open for
business. Xandria.com will never ask you for money.

4. What are the criteria for becoming a Xandria.com Store Affiliate?
Naturally, Xandria.com wants to engage quality Affiliates. Simply stated,
Xandria.com welcomes sites that reflect the style and sensibility of our brand.
Xandria.com reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate an Affiliate at
any time and for any reason.

5. What are your
content guidelines?
Our Affiliates' sites must be aimed at an adult audience. No affiliate's site
may contain content we deem as unacceptable, which includes, but is not limited
to, the following:

Promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality,
disability, sexual orientation, or age;

Promotion of illegal activities;

Violation of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of the
Xandria.com trademarks in third party Internet domain names and html code;

Promotion of sexuality in a distasteful or harmful manner, including but not
limited to the following: violence, rape, incest, child pornography,
bestiality, general and sexual exploitation and/or abuse of people or animals.
Sites that feature drug paraphernalia or weapons will also be rejected.

6. I have a site on AOL or another Service that does not allow Porn, what do I
do?
Obviously, you are subject to their restrictions. However, while Xandria.com is
an adult site, we do not sell pornography or any XXX rated material. We are a
sex positive community. We serve the Internet with pertinent educational
information for disabled and non-disabled adults, and while we do sell adult
type novelties and toys, we also advocate the importance of a healthy sex life
for proper balance of mental, spiritual, and physical health.

7. I'm still building my web site, and Xandria.com would be a natural link. Is
it too early to apply?
Yes, because of the importance of our Affiliate content guidelines stated
above, Xandria.com cannot make a reasonable appraisal of a site that's still
under construction. Get up and running and we'll be happy to consider your
application at that time. The approval process happens within a matter of days,
so there's no need to apply before your site is up and running.

8. I have more than one web site. Do I have to apply separately for each one?
How does this affect accounting?
Only one SexSells! Affiliate Application is required for each Affiliate – no
matter how many sites you have. Each web site, however, will require its own
separate tracking code. You can have multiple accounts if you wish. If you
establish multiple accounts for multiple sites, we'll pay you separately or all
together on one check -- that's up to you.

9. What can I expect from
you?
Xandria.com has developed a library of tasteful buttons, banners and text links
and will provide you with specially tagged URL's to be placed behind the links
to direct traffic straight from your site to our site. As an Affiliate you’re
also welcome to include links to our Affiliate Store pages, which can be
customized to match your sites look and feel by fitting it within your frames.
Xandria.com will record all referred transactions. Payments will be processed
by the 10th day of the month following the date in which the customer's order
is fulfilled and the customer's payment is received.

You've been approved, Now What?
1. My
application has been approved. Now what do I do?
You will receive an email with step-by-step instructions within 48 hours of
approval.

2. What do I do if information, such as my email address or URL, changes?
The information we have on record for you must be kept up-to-date. Should any
account information change, you must notify us immediately via email at
affiliates@xandria.com.

3. How do I create a
link on my site?
You will receive an email within 48 hours of approval giving information on how
to login to your Affiliate account. Your Affiliate account gives step-by-step
instructions for link placements within your site, and how to view orders
generated through your site.

4.
Can I refer to specific Xandria.com products on my site?
Yes, our Affiliates are encouraged to also show specific links to products
within their site. Your account will have information explaining how to link to
any of our 3000 products, our home page, or any of our content pages.

5. What about banners? What if I don't like any of the banners?
We will provide you with a fairly comprehensive banner, graphic and text link
selection and with specially tagged URLs to be placed behind the links to
identify the customers that come to our site via your site. If you are not
happy with any of our specially tagged banner or graphic links, you can simply
use our specially tagged text links. Under many circumstances our Online staff
will create customized banners for your site, however you are not allowed to
create your own banners or graphics that represent, refer, or link to
Xandria.com.

6. Can I
put up multiple banners on multiple sites?
Yes. We recommend it. The more banners you put up the more money you can make!
Having our Affiliate Store as a menu item is, however, the optimum way of
generating revenue from your site.

7. Can I open a new browser when your banner or link is clicked?
Yes. One browser window may be opened.

8. Can I load your
site into a frame?
We encourage Affiliates to load the “Xandria Affiliate Store” inside their
frame, to give it the look and feel of your own site. However, the Xandria.com
site may not be opened or loaded into a frame. Therefore, only links provided
within your account are allowed.

9. Can I send you
forced exit traffic?
No. All clicks must come from people who consciously choose to visit
Xandria.com. This means that using JavaScript or any other programming language
or technique to alter the behavior of the 'Back' or 'Close' button is not
allowed.

10. Can I register
with search engines?
Yes, you're encouraged to submit your site to search engines, however it must
be perfectly clear to the customer that you are an Affiliate of ours, and not
Xandria.com.

11. Will I receive any marketing assistance from Xandria.com?
Our Affiliate newsletter will provide you with tips and techniques of
established promotions and marketing strategies that have been proven to
increase sales. We'll inform you of special promotions and discounts so you can
inform your customers of the same. If you have any specific question we’ll be
happy to answer as soon as possible – through email or by phone!

12. As an Affiliate, can I pull content from Xandria.com for my site?
No. All Xandria.com content is protected by copy write law. Any unauthorized
use or misuse, however unintentional, may violate applicable law. As an
Affiliate, your site is a gateway to Xandria.com. The button, banner, and text
links we provide are designed to reflect the Xandria.com brand and identify
your site's affiliation with it. Contact bizdev@xandria.com
if you're interested in syndicating any of our content.

13. Can I
mention Xandria.com in my advertising?
Yes, but your affiliation with Xandria.com must be clear, and the following
statement must be included: "[Site's Name] is a member of the Xandria.com
Affiliate Program." All other use of the Xandria.com trademark, trade name, or
domain name must have prior written approval. Contact
affiliates@xandria.com for further information.

Privacy, Return and Payment Policies
1. What is your privacy
policy?
Privacy is extremely important to us, our site visitors, and our customers. All
of our visitors' and customers' personal information and transaction histories
are held in the strictest confidence (see our Privacy Policy Statement). We
will NEVER sell, rent, trade or give our site visitors' or customers' personal
information or transaction histories to our Affiliates or to any other company
or organization.

2. What is your return
policy?
Simply put, the best in the business. If our customers are dissatisfied with
any of their selections for any reason, they can return it Postpaid within 60
days for an exchange, credit, or refund. If any item malfunctions due to
defects in materials or workmanship, they can return it to us for replacement
within one full year of the purchase date.

3. How does
Xandria.com track orders?
All links originating from your site to Xandria.com contain a specially
formatted tag to identify your site. With every referred sale made from
customers coming in through your link (including bookmarks), or with your
affiliate id in their cookie, we credit your account. It’s that simple!

4. Can I monitor
sales on a regular basis?
Yes, you may log in to your account at any time to see statistics on sales and
payments. All data in the system is updated nightly and will appear in your
reports on the following business day.

5. When and how will I be
paid?
Each month you will receive a commission check based on the qualifying customer
orders that we fulfilled and collected payment on during the previous month. In
the event that your account's commission payable balance does not reach $100,
no check will be issued that month. Instead, your commission will be paid on
the 10th day of the month after you reach the $100 minimum.

6. Can
my commissions be used to purchase products?
Yes, we realize that our Affiliates may very well be our customers.

7. How do I
know you're not shaving my stats?
We've been in business for over 30 years. We're known for our honest and
forthright business style and we invite you to click though and test us. All
sales statistics are updated nightly and are available the next business day.

8. I have
not received a check, what should I do?
First check your online stats, it should reflect any payments made on the 10th
of the month. If you've done this and still have questions, please E-mail
affiliates@xandria.com with your details and we will get back with you
within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that you have to earn a minimum of $100 to
receive a check.
